DNR's Becoming an Outdoors-Woman Program Hosting Grouse and Duck Hunt Oct. 16-18

The Department of Natural Resources' Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) program is hosting a women's grouse and duck hunting adventure Oct. 16-18 at NettieBay Lodge in Presque Isle County. The lodge is located at 9011 West 638 Highway in Hawks.
The hunt is limited to 12 women, and you must have previous shotgun experience or have a hunter education certificate to participate. Cost for the weekend is $230 per person, and includes two nights lodging at the NettieBay Lodge, three meals on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday, and hunts with guides and dogs. Preregistration is required.
Participants should arrive at the lodge at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, to check in. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 18. Due to various arrival times, dinner will not be served on Friday.
